Location: Pippa's Cottage is ideally located in the 'Downalong' area at the heart of St.Ives. All beaches are a short level walk away. Porthmeor Beach is a one-minute walk around the corner. The Harbour, Shops, Restaurants and Tate Gallery are just a short walk away. Opposite are the 'St.Ives School Of Painting Porthmeor Studios' - that offer a wide range of courses and workshops.

Accommodation: Pippa's Cottage has all modern conveniences, yet still maintains it's character and features of a 200 year+ old cottage. Recent refurbishments have been done, these include; new bathroom/kitchen/double glazing and central heating throughout. Kitchen: Provides table to seat 6, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer, Double Oven, Hob and Fridge Freezer. (Tiled Floor) Sitting Room: Seats 6, with 26" LCD Digital TV; DVD included. (Wood Floor)

Upstairs: 3 Double Bedrooms - Two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobe, chest of draws and bed side cabinets - One double bedroom is equipped with a Digital LCD TV. . Third bedroom with full size bunk beds, built in wardrobe, chest of draws and bed side cabinets. Wooden floors for all bedrooms. The Bathroom has bath with power shower over; WC/Sink, Mirror and Towel Radiator.

Outside there is a small area suitable for boards/wet suits and beach gear. Overall Pippa's Cottage is ideal for holiday or breaks all year round whatever the weather.
