No 60 Perran View is a delightfully spacious three bedroom bungalow on the Perran View Holiday Village which has been recently refurbished and completely updated, and offers a large open plan lounge and a spacious kitchen-dining room, one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. The bathroom has a bath and power shower and there is a separate WC. The kitchen has a fitted electric oven and separate hob, cooker hood, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, and is fully equipped to a high standard. There is a colour TV and DVD player in the lounge and each room has individual electric panel heaters. No 60 also benefits from a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for which extra linen can be provided if requested. All linen is provided, you need only bring towels, and electricity is included in your holiday price as is the FREE unlimited use of the all of the Holiday Village facilities, full details below .
