Upper Trehayl is situated in the popular Cornwall town of Rock. This increasingly popular destination can act as the perfect base for your luxury self catering holiday. This superb, luxury self catering property has unparrelled views, a sumptious jacuzzi/hot tub and is only a stones throw from the beautiful Rock Beach.
Spread across 5 bedrooms, this luxury home can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
There is so much happening in Rock! Whether you wish to hire a luxury boat, take a dip in the sea, enjoy water skiing or take a day drip to Padstow, its all possible from Upper Trehayl. Furthemore, why not go surfing at the near by Polzeath beach. There are simply no limits to your holiday!
Ground Floor
A warm entrance foyer opens up giving access to the ground floor and stairs leading to the first floor accommodation. A corridor leads to 4 bedrooms. The master suite has a TV/DVD entertainment system, access to the sun patio area and an en-suite shower. Bedroom 2 als has a TV/DVD entertainment system, an en-suite shower and access to the patio. Bedroom 3 is a double room with two single beds and a cot which would be perfect for the children. Bedroom 4 contains a single bed, again with its own TV/DVD system. The 5th bedroom is self contained and is located above the garage with a double and single bed. There is a seperate WC and TV/DVD entertainment system.
First Floor
Stairs from the foyer lead up to an open plan layout comprising modern kitchen area with fitted alliances including; fridge freeze, ice machine, dishwasher, oven, hob with extractor, wine cooler and a microwave. In addition a baby bottle warmer and high chair are also available. The dining area has a wonderful view and houses a table and six chairs, it opens out onto the south facing sun terrace which offers a further dining table and 6 chairs for that sea view dining experience. The sitting room has a large ‘L’ shaped sofa, a variety of bean bags with a big bay window offer a further seating arrangement. Facilities include Sky TV, DVD player and Bose Hi-Fi wave system. A separate cloak room with WC is also located on the first floor.
External
A bridged walkway takes you to the rear garden where a ‘breeze house’ seating 6 and a barbecue can be found.Upper Trehayl also offers a relaxing hot tub located on the south facing patio, an ideal place to retreat after a day on the beach. There is a garage with a fifth bedroom located above offering a one further double and single bed, separate wc and TV/DVD facilities.The property is fully central heated.
Quick Info
Changeover Day: Saturday in peak season but flexible out of peak to accommodate short breaks. Arrival time after 4:30pm and departure before 10am. If the property is ready for your arrival before 4.30pm the housekeepers will notify you by text.
