Trehayl is arguably one of Rocks most desirable locations. This recently constructed contemporary property has magnificent uninterrupted views of the Camel Estuary from its elevated position, yet is only 50m from the beach. It is within walking distance of the Rock Sailing Club, Rock Sailing and Water Ski Schools and the famous St. Enodoc Golf Club. It is just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, cafes and the ferry to Padstow.

Facilities
Trehayl has a fabulous heated infinity pool, barbecue area and sun terraces. The pool is maintained at 85 degrees and is available from May to October (inc). These facilities together with the high standards of furnishing combine to ensure you have a memorable and luxurious holiday in rock.
Activities
Trehayl is situated 50m from the beach where you can enjoy sailing,kayaking, water skiing (tuition available) or maybe charter a luxury boat for the day. The house is within 5 minutes walk to the St Enodoc Golf Club.
The beach in front of the property is dog friendly all year round.
