Trehanoo house and cottage annexe are situated between Polzeath and Daymer Bay on the beautiful North Cornwall coast, the perfect location to enjoy this famous holiday area.
They are minutes from the cliff path leading either to the surfing beach of Polzeath, or the many rock pools of Greenaway, ideal for crabbing, and on to the miles of sand at Daymer Bay, heaven for sandcastles and windsurfing.
Trehanoo is only 2 miles from Rock beach for sailing, water skiing, fishing trips and the ferry to Padstow.
There are also 2 golf courses within 2 miles, St Enedoc and Roserrow.
Trehanoo house accommodates 8 people in comfort and is set in a large garden with beautiful rural views of St Minver and lowlands in the foreground and the Bodmin moor peaks of Roughtor and Brown Willy in the distance. The lawned garden incorporates a terrace and raised decking off the kitchen. The totally separate annexe accommodates 4/5 people and is set in a small, lawned garden with a patio and car parking.
Trehanoo house is a very comfortable house with a large sitting room with open fire and comfortable seating for 8 and an open fire and a large airy kitchen dining room with French door out onto the raised decking with views to the moors. As well as the decking you can sit out on the terrace or the lawn. One double room and 3 twins, one bathroom with bath and electric shower over and a shower room as well as an outside hot and cold shower. For the extra holiday factor for an extra charge of £10 per head, beds can be made up with freshly laundered sheets and a bath sheet and hand towel supplied. The house is centrally heated. The electricity and heating oil are included in the rental. There is a telephone for incoming calls only the number is 01208 862905. Car parking for 2 or more cars available. Cleaning can also be arranged at an extra charge of £50.
Trehanoo annexe has views from the south facing windows in the kitchen and sitting room to the moors beyond, in a quiet secluded garden with a high hedge for privacy. A patio area with sturdy table and chairs, and a gated entrance with the car parking within. Parking for 1 car. A cosy sitting room with a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs and a kitchen dining room. Combi TV/Video and stereo. One double bedroom 4' bed, one twin room 2'6' beds and a camp bed in the sitting room. For the extra holiday factor, £10 per head gets the beds made up with freshly laundered duvet covers and a bath and hand towel supplied. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. Coin operated electricity meter (in summer unlocked ie no extra cost) and storage heaters. Cleaning can be booked at an extra charge of £25.

The large kitchen diner has a south facing deck off it. With a American style fridge freezer with chilled water and ice making. There is an outside hot shower for washing off sand and salt on returning from a surf.
The sitting room has an open fire and really comfy sofas.

Polzeath beach is 1/4 mile away for surfing/belly boarding or swimming. Greenaway is 1/2 mile for rock pooling, crabbing. Daymer bay is 3/4 mile for large sandy beach (when the tide's out)for bucket and spading also brilliant for windsurfing and kite boarding. Rock beach 2 miles away has waterskiing, fishing trips, dinghy sailing school, a boat park, launching for boats and windsurfers. The ferry to padstow goes from Rock beach and once in Padstow there are speed boat trips, cruises around the islands out of the estuary and lots of shops.
