Greenways is a bright beach style 3 bedroom detached bungalow situated in a prime location near Polzeath. It has lovely country views from the gardens, lounge and main bedroom stretching as far as Bodmin moor.
It is set well back from the beach road between Trebetherick and Polzeath on an unmade road, which leads directly onto the coastal path and beaches. It is within walking distance of excellent pubs, restaurants, cafes, village shops/supermarket, surfing shops and sandy beaches.
Lounge
The living room has a sofa, cane chairs and a window seat and looks out over the gardens to the lovely country views beyond.
Kitchen
Electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and ample pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
Utility: Washing machine and separate WC.
Dining Room
Extendable table and chairs for six.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Three bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms with adult sized bunk beds. Each room has a sink.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, WC, basin and electric towel rail.

The garden is well fenced all round with terraced sheltered areas for barbecuing outside or evening drinks. There is off road parking for one car.

Surf lessons and equipment hire, kyaking, coasteering, rock climbing, boat tours all on Polzeath beach. Restaurants, pubs, cafes, beach shops, local shops and newsagents are all just a short walk A short 5 - 10 minute drive to Rock for waterskiing and sailing and golf at either Roserrow or the world famous St Enodoc Golf Club. Leisure clubs close by, St Moritz and Roserrow both have pool, gym and tennis.
