Our prices include central heating and electricity, quality four poster beds and divans, with hotel quality white linen and towels, comfortable furniture and antiques with a welcome tray – plus if you are on your Honeymoon you will find champagne and chocolates to greet you on arrival. Plus you can have a romantic log fire in many of our cottages.
25% Deposit Required on Booking.
Balance required 8 weeks prior to rental commencement.
Cancellation: Once booked giuests are liable to meet the full rental costs. We strongly recommend insurance, a link to a suitable scheme is available at our website.

A truly beautiful, unspoilt, Hamlet of propper cornish stone cottages with their delabole blue slatted roofs. So paecefull. The curios and artifacts of bygone trades and crafts add to the friendly and homley atmosphere which I enjoyed.
I'm comming back again.

Tremaine Green For Memorable Holidays in the West Country
Tremaine Green Cottages have been trading since 1967, from the private Hamlet of Tremaine. The Cottages were on the BBC TV programme 'Wish you were here' in the 1980's. They were used as the location for a TV series in 2008/9.
The award winning Grounds have won the Caradon in Bloom awards (of Britain in Bloom) many times, lastly in 2011.
The cottages changed ownership in 2000 to the Spreckley's, on the previous owner's retirement. Tremaine Green is a family run business, offering personal service. Our own family home is set back from the main green so we are available as resident owners.
Buying and moving to Tremaine Green was not just a business decision, but a lifestyle choice. Our children have grown up in the country side, in a delightful, low crime, friendly rural community, with fresh unpolluted sea air. The scenery is beautiful, the pace of life relaxed, the schools excellent: England as it was 30 years ago!
