Tremearne is to be found in the far west of Cornwall close to St Ives and the stunning beaches of Sennen and Porthcurno. The property is an delightful creeper clad farmhouse set in a wooded valley with plenty of flexible accommodation.
A high wall surrounds the established gardens of an acre and there are many hidden seating places to enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. A circular walk winds past the pear tree to the rose-garden and pond via a lavender walk. There is also a big summerhouse and barbecue area with outside WC - ideal for al fresco dining.
The house sleeps nine people in 3 double and 2 single bedrooms. All the double rooms offer en-suite facilities and views of the garden. There is a beamed dining room with antique wood burning stove, a family room with open fire, a games room with PlayStation, table football and DVD, a beautiful living room, a garden room - great for days when the weather isn't so good and a boot room/laundry with shower - good for losing the sand after a day beach combing.
Magnificent beaches are just a short distance away for sailing, fishing, surfing, windsurfing or sunbathing.
Penzance is a mile away with its museums, shopping and a variety of highly acclaimed restaurants and galleries.

The Playroom is great place for kids to escape to and watch films, play computer games or a little table football.
The Family Room has seating for 10 and an original working fire. It is decorated with light airy fabrics and a large TV with basic Sky package and DVD.
The Sitting Room has enough seats for 10 people and is dominated by a beautiful fireplace. This is a great space for reading the papers or having an evening cocktail! It is also equipped with iPod docking stations.
The conservatory gives extra living space and has garden access from double doors. It is furnished with rattan furniture and bright rugs and cushions.
The main bedroom is a pretty sunny double with high bed frame and views of the garden with built-in wardrobes. It also features a large en suite bathroom with deep bath.
The second double bedroom is a large room with a king size bed and built-in wardrobe. It has an en suite shower and sink only.
