Our Luxury 3 Bed Villas and 2 Bed Cottages offer superb accommodation, where you can relax in comfort, put your feet up, and forget about the world you’ve left behind.

The lounge is furnished with two large and very comfortable sofas, a single easy chair and digital TV with DVD for your leisure and enjoyment.

The Diner and Kitchen area has just about everything you will need to service your stay, except a washing machine and dryer - should you need it...? These can be found in the launderette at the rear of the manor house.

Also on the ground floor, is a twin bedroom and a shower room with hand basin and WC. NB one of the sofas will provide a put-u-up service for any friends who may visit you whilst on vacation. Extra linen is available at reception.

On the upper level, you will find the Master Bedroom with balcony and a twin bedroom across the landing. There is also a bathroom with integral WC.

At the front of the property is a small patio area with outside seating and a small table, where you can watch the world go by. You may also use this area for your BBQ's.

Proud holders of the David Bellamy Award for Conservation; the estate is set in 35 acres of woodland, lakes and gardens of the Old Manor, and situated at the North Western tip of Bodmin Moor offering the perfect holiday and respite for families and couples alike. This location is perfectly placed for visiting most parts of Cornwall.

The 17th century Manor House is now home to the new Morellos Pizzeria and Caffè Torelli where you can enjoy great Italian cuisine and probably the best Italian coffee this side of Tuscany...

Facilities in the grounds ensure there's something to suit everyone; from swimming and children's clubs, to sport and entertainment. And for your ultimate relaxation, you can spoil yourself with a sauna, solarium, steam or holistic massage treatment, plus aroma therapy and much more.

Finally, during your stay, you can take full advantage of our nine hole Pitch & Putt course, or perhaps the Anglers amongst you might appreciate our 3 fully stocked fishing lakes with Carp up to 13lb (and growing) plus plenty of good size Bream, Tench and Roach for the taking...

Peace, Solace and Tranquillity is what we offer here, but if it's fun and tourism that you want, we are situated just a car drive from most entertainment facilities.

Self catering can be a lot of fun, especially when you get the barbie out. Time to try some of those fantastic ideas that Jamie Oliver talked about, cooking fresh fish in foil with all the veggies - or a Hot Plancha of Steak & Prawns Espagnol. You can also delight your palette with a bottle or two of chilled wine from the famous Camel Valley.

To work up an appetite for such fanciful food, you should first go over to the reception and grab a bike each and cycle off down the Camel Trail or the South West Coastal Path, and you'll be sure to enjoy what ever it is that Dad comes up with later...

At the Old Manor, you can play a round of golf, or perhaps spend an afternoon fishing. Alternatively, take a beer in the lounge and read the sports pages, and why not? You're on holiday after all...!

On the other hand you might prefer the indoor pool or an hour in the solarium, whilst the children have fun around the pool under supervision...

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking, then full payment 4 weeks before the booking date.

Rentals may be Fri to Fri or Sat to Sat which is sometimes dependent upon the previous holiday makers. Please ask at the time of booking.

Our properties may be suitable for those who have an elderly or disabled member in their party as there are facilities on the ground floor. However, no specific disabled equipment has been installed in the properties. Please enquire when booking.

Book Two or more consecutive weeks, and receive a discount of 3.5% off each week booked.

If you enjoyed your holiday and would like to book for next season, we offer 7% off the following years booking. This discount arrangement also applies to Christmas and New Year weeks.
