Three bedroom cottage with large private front and back garden, three bedrooms, conservatory. One bathroom and in addition a shower and WC accessed from outside. TV with DVD and freeview box. Bedrooms have twin beds and there is in addition a cot and high chair. Located in private road approximately 250m from the safe sandy beach of Harlyn Bay. Excellent surfing at Harlyn and other nearby beaches. Trevose Golf Club approximately 1 mile away with 3 courses and other facilities. Traditional fishing port Padstow approximately 3 miles away with good shopping and restaurants including Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant. Pub/ restaurant available at Harlyn and further pubs and shops at St Merryn. Buses to Padstow available from Harlyn Bridge. Surf school and surfboard and wetsuit hire at Harlyn.
