The Bungalow is a detached property within the grounds of Pols Piece enjoying views to Trevose Head. It has a double bed room with single bed futon, and a bedroom with a single high rise bed and a single bed under. There is a kitchen/sitting/dining room, a bathroom with toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher & fridge/freezer. It has patio doors out onto it's own patio. It enjoys gas central heating and is suitable for smokers and pet owners.

Here at Pols Piece we are a family run business, our aim is to provide a friendly family orintated holiday for all our guests.

At Pols Piece we have a laundry room with 2 washing machines, and 2 tumbel driers, as well as 2 airers in the garden. There is ample parking immediately outside the apartments, with a bike rack, surfboard rack, wetsuit rack and outside shower to get rid of all that sand. There is also a beach essentials shed.

We have a games room with table tennis, a wendy house and ride on toys for the little ones. In the large communal garden there is a playarea with swings and a 10ft slide, a two storey wendy house and a sand pit. There is no actuall BBQ in the garden, but we are more than happy for you to have a BBQ.

Low Season Price : £280
High Season Price : £675 per Week


The Bungalow sleeps 4/5, prices based on 4 sharing. Saturday Changeover.
2nd/3rd to 8th/9th & 30th/31st May to 10th/11th July, & 29th/30th Aug to 4th/5th Sept are £370
9th/10th to 22nd/23rd May,5th/6th Sept to 9th/10th Oct £280
23rd /24th to 29th/30th May, 11th /12th July to 17th/18th July £500
18h /19th July to28th/29th Aug £675

This apartment can take 5, there is an additional charge for the 5th person of £15/night.
The charge for bringing your dog is £30/dog/week or part thereof.
Cleaning charge (if you do not wish to clean) £40
Linen hire is £8/person or £11/person for linen and towels
There is a Security bond of £100, which is refundable if the apartment is left as found.

We can provide travel cots, highchairs, buggies, baby listeners etc at no extra charge.
