Langfield Manor is located in a secluded corner of Bude, just three minutes walk from the shops and sandy beaches - yet as quiet as a country cottage. Our situation, next to the Bude and North Cornwall Golf course, couldn’t be better.
This fine Old Edwardian Manor has been converted into eight individual self-catering apartments. Three of these are on the ground floor, the remainder at first floor level.
The excellent facilities at the Manor are for the exclusive use of our guests and include a heated outdoor swimming pool (covered) and a full size snooker table. You can also enjoy table tennis, pool, darts or other games in our recreation room.
The eight individual apartments in Langfield Manor are:

The Queensberry Suite (sleeps 4 + single sofa bed)
The Granville Suite (sleeps 2 with room for a cot)
The Polmarran Suite (sleeps 4)
The Warleggan Suite (sleeps 2 + single sofa bed)
The Coppinger Suite (sleeps 6)
The Studio (sleeps 2 + sofa bed)



The apartments have their own private entrance hall, lounge (with widescreen television and DVD player) and dining area. They have either one, two or three bedrooms and a fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer and microwave in addition to a conventional oven.
All apartments have showers and five have bath and showers. Coppinger, Polmarran and Trevelyan have been designed with children in mind and are more suited for families. There is a separate laundry room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer. Each apartment has an iron and ironing board and mini safes are provided. There is a relaxed, family atmosphere at Langfield Manor and it is ideally suited for making new friends and renewing old acquaintances. If you want a quiet time we have a large selection of books to choose from in the library where you can sit and read in peace! The conservatory and patio are a real sun trap, and ideal for sun bathing, while the south-facing gardens are perfect for relaxing, you are also welcome to eat your own prepared meals at the poolside where outdoor tables and chairs are situated.
Bude is an excellent choice for an out-of-season break, whether for a week or just a long weekend. At Langfield Manor we extend a warm welcome all year round, so why not make the most of our beautiful countryside in the spring and autumn when the roads and towns are much quieter. A wonderfully mild climate means that the spring blooms are on view long before most other parts of the country. The light too, has a special quality about it with the sun shining through the clean air blown from the Atlantic Ocean.
Christmas and New Year in Cornwall have a special atmosphere all of their own and of course Langfield Manor is still open to enable you to make the most of it. In fact, we are the perfect location for a reunion or party so why not book the Manor for a large family gathering at Christmas or any other suitable occasion.
Bude is situated on the North Cornish coast close to the Devon border and boasts some of the finest beaches in the country in addition to an enormous sea washed swimming pool. The lively shopping centre also has a variety of restaurants and pubs while for the active there are superb walks along the coastal footpath or inland along the Bude canal. Golf, tennis, horse riding, surfing & bowling are just a few of the many activities available.
Within easy reach are the picturesque villages of Clovelly, and Boscastle which is next door to Tintagel with all its accompanying Arthurian legend.

It is ideally located for a number of Cornwall’s excellent tourist attractions, including the Eden Project.
Langfield Manor, has been converted into eight, self-catering apartments. Dating back to 1905, the Manor has recently been refurbished, giving it a modern but comfortable feel. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool a games room with a full-size snooker table, dart board, billiards and table tennis. We also have a conservatory & library.
Away from Langfield Manor, there is a great deal for people of all ages to see and do. The lively shopping area has a variety of restaurants and pubs, while for the active there are superb walks along the coastal footpaths or golf which is just next door. Make this your home from home!

Low Season Price : £250
High Season Price : £820 per Week


1. A deposit of one third is required to confirm the booking and the balance is payable six weeks before arrival. Please make cheques payable to Langfield Manor.
