The pvc door to each chalet opens into a comfortable sitting rooom with settees (one of which folds out to a double bed), electric heater and television. Next to the sitting room is a fully equipped kitchen diner with microwave, toaster, kettle, electric cooker, extractor fan, airing cupboard with how water tank, dining table and chairs. Cutlery, crockery, drinking glasses, pans, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, buckets, spades, balls and windbreaks are all available to use. Two bedrooms (one double bed room, one twin bedded room) and a bathroom with bath and electric shower, lead off from the sitting room. The chalets are all double glazed and have a cozy feel although extra heaters can be provided if required.
The chalets are all known individually by their name and although they are all similar, they each have their own themed decoration and accesories:
'Chyvelah' is the first chalet in the block and is styled in a cottagey style with older styled dark wood furniture, wallpaper on the wall, a standard lamp and a rug on the floor. It is suitable for well behaved dogs as there is no carpet in the sitting room.
'Zabuloe' is modern styled. The sitting room is painted plainly with modern minimal art prints on the walls, chrome plated light fittings and dining chairs, glass dining table and it is the only chalet (yet) to have a radio with a digital alarm clock! It is also suitable for dogs (well behaved ones of course!).
'Sandy Nook' reflects the fact that the chalets are a stone's throw from the sea. The furniture is blue, there is a feature wall which is painted in deckchair-type stripes, a wicker table and beachy pictures around.
Last but not least at the far end of the block is our most popular chalet 'The Sunny Shell'. It was designed with young children in mind and has a zany stripy feature wall, fun lightshades, coloured furniture and a couple of soft 'friends' who live in the chalet are always ready for a cuddle! This chalet gets the most sun and round by the side is a grassy bank which is ideal for a relaxing sit while you watch the world pass by.
The whole site is safe for children and although not far from the main attractions of the holiday park, the chalets inhabitants have not been inconvenienved by any noise or disturbance. Their unique position means that you can turn your back on the money making commercial side of the holiday industry and relax with the sights of nature if that is what you wish.
