Mother Ivey's is one of 7 holiday apartments at Pols Piece. It is on the 2nd floor, and has stunning panoramic sea views from Trevone Bay round to Trevose Head.

This apartment was renovated in Winter of 05, and now enjoys a king size half tester bedded room with sea views and a wash hand basin, a double bedded with sea views and a wash hand basin, and a bunkbedded room. There is a bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin, and shower attachment in the bath, but also a shower room with toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped from a coffee maker to a garlic press, crab pickers to ice cream scoop. It also has a microwave, electric cooker with extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The sitting/dining room, also enjoys the sea views. There is a colour TV with dvd player and free view box.

All the beds have duvets, pillows and bedspreads.

This apartment is a pet friendly, but no smoking.

Outside there is a shed with beach essentials, wet suit rack, surfboard rack and bike rack. You can surf, windsurf, sail, kayak, walk, cycle, birdwatch, ramble & play tennis and golf at the nearby golf course of Trevose.
