Guests enjoy a close proximity to the stunning views from the coastal paths of Newquay. To the rear of the property is the Gannel Estuary, a superb place for canoeing, walking, fishing, bird watching and horse riding. No. 2 is an apartment that has been designed to the highest specification with a modern, light and open plan feel. Guests have a designated parking space with an entry intercom for security. Access is either via six steps or a gently sloping ramp.

Large open plan living/dining area and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. Leather and fabric 'L' shape sofa and a double sofa bed. Entertainment provided by a 42' Panasonic Viera HD TV with matching DVD player, a surround sound system and a Playstation 3 with games. Patio door which leads out to a decked patio area, ideal for eating al-fresco.

A cupboard in the hallway houses a washing machine and separate dryer. Dining There is a beautiful wooden dining table and set of 6 leather chairs, as well as a sideboard with additional lighting provided by a stylish lamp and detail ornaments.
