With the sand literally on your door step and many facilities and amenities close by, including Newquay town centre, the accommodation is ideal for a break of the the highest quality. Newquay has nine famous surfing beaches, one of Cornwall's finest links golf courses, bars, bistros and clubs, and Watergate Bay, home to the Extreme Sports Academy and the Jamie Oliver inspired Fifteen restaurant. Rick Stein's famous seafood restaurant and bistro in Padstow, The Eden Project in St. Austell and The Lost Gardens of Heligan in Mevagissey are all within easy reach. This exclusive location has its own steps down to the beach as well as an allocated car parking space to the front of the property. There are 2 steps up to the front door. The apartment is available all year, and central heating (for those cooler winter evenings) is, of course, included.

A spacious open-plan living/dining room. Amazing views across the beach and out to sea. Large bay window and high ceilings allow plenty of light into the room. 1x four seater sofa and 1x two seater sofa. Modern occasional furniture. Entertainment is provided by flatscreen TV with DVD/CD player. DVD's, CD's and board games are available for guests to borrow.

Kitchen The well appointed kitchen is open plan ensuring that guests are together on their holiday. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob along with kettle, toaster with all glassware, crockery and cutlery needed. Dining The dining area is situated within the open plan living area and features a beautiful dining table and 4 chairs.

Master Bedroom Features a double bed and 2 bedside tables with bedside touch lamps. The bedroom offers plenty of storage with a wardrobe and a large 5 drawer unit. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two Twin beds and 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps. A large wardrobe which offers plentiful storage.
