Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and a comprehensive range of cutlery, crockery and utensils. Dining The dining area is in the open plan living space and has 8 chairs and a dining table.

Master Bedroom Located on the first floor and features a juliet balcony looking over the Manor Estate Double bed, 2 bedside tables, dressing table with mirror and built-in wardrobe. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two Located at the front of the property. Features a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom Three The third bedroom features twin beds, 2 bedside tables plus a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom Four The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor, off the living area, and has a double bed, 2 bedside tables plus built-in wardrobes.

Main Bathroom The main family bathroom is on the first floor and has a jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle, w.c., plus wash basin with mirror and spotlights.
