Kitchen The open plan living area effectively incorporates the kitchen by clever placement of units along two walls. There is a separate built-in fridge and freezer, and also a washer/dryer and dishwasher. A microwave, kettle and toaster are provided along with utensils and crockery, and a quality Smeg electric oven and hob completes this modern kitchen. Dining A dining table and six chairs are provided to give ample seating at meal times.

Master Bedroom The highlight of this room is without doubt the balcony. It offers a stunning view over Fistral Beach and beyond. The inviting master bedroom is generously proportioned and thoughtfully laid out with a wicker chaise lounge and table for relaxing The king-size bed, which can be made up as two singles, has a bedside unit and elegant lamp on either side. Two large chests of drawers and a discreet walk-in wardrobe provide storage. En-suite bathroom. Bedroom Two The comfortable second bedroom has a double bed with two bedside cabinets with lamps, along with a mirrored dresser unit with drawers and hanging space. Bedroom Three The third bedroom is ideal for children, combining space to play with twin children's beds. There is a Playstation 2 and finishing touches are a skittle set and some cute cuddly toys! Storage is provided by an 8 drawer unit and wardrobe.

Main Bathroom The family bathroom features a stylish bath, complemented with a shower and glass screen. The washbasin is set within a modern vanity base with glass shelves above.
