The guesthouse is located just outside the town centre, overlooking both Newquay Golf Course and Fistral Beach with it's lovely sunsets. Just 5 minutes walk down to the harbour to catch a glimpse of the seals following the fishing boats, or even the dolphins playing in the surf. The town centre is only 5 minutes walk away, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and nightlife.
We offer comfortable, well-equipped rooms, which are non-smoking, with tea/coffee facilities, digital colour television, mostly with sea views and en-suite facilities. There is a pleasant resident's lounge with a colour television, 'Freeview' and video. We also have our own private car park. You are guaranteed a warm, friendly welcome.

Newquay is famous for its many beautiful beaches and is an ideal base for visiting the rest of Cornwall's scenic coastline and many attractions. The town is host to a number of events throughout the year including national and international surf competitions, gig racing and many more. There is the Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo and Trenance Leisure Park, an 18-hole golf course overlooking Fistral Bay,as well as crazy golf and pitch and putt. We are also convenient for attractions such as the Eden Project, or National Maritime Museum, also Flambards theme park, Lands End, Boscastle, Tintagel or beautiful Truro and the many other interesting and picturesque towns of the south-west peninsula.
