A wonderful 2 bedroom maisonette arranged on ground and first floors with the bedrooms and main lounge on the ground floor. Situated in arguably the best position in Newquay being directly opposite the steps leading to the South side of Fistral beach, with spectacular views from the apartment across Fistral and out to sea, with over a mile of golden sands practically on your doorstep. The property is situated in the smart Pentire part of Newquay which is quiet yet only 10 minutes walk to the Town Centre. This luxury 2 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 and boasts the following amenities: garage, all bed linen and basic towels provided; telephone (incoming calls only), communal gardens, child-safety gate (if required). On the first floor there is a wonderful ocean view that can also be enjoyed, especially at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen area is fully fitted with hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and separate storeroom for wet suits. A new power shower has also been recently fitted to the fully tiled bathroom. There are also TV & Video facilities. A selection of videos and board-games have also been provided. We provide a holiday pack which helpfully provides recommended restaurants and local attractions around Newquay. The local supermarket is 2 minutes by car and there is a local shop in walking distance to buy immediate groceries.

We do not allow pets.

We require a 25% deposit to secure the letting, balance payable at least 14 days before the holiday commences. Once final payment is received, the keys are forwarded to the guests together with full information on the property including directions and local attractions and amenities.

Payments are to be made by cheque in advance of the booking.
