With the quay literally on your doorstep and many facilities and amenities close by the accommodation is ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy the perfect central location. Looe has a fantastic bustling waterfront and harbour with a great selection of shops, restaurants, beaches and coastal walks. The beautiful town of Looe is divided into East and West Looe by the estuary of the Looe River. East Looe has a popular family-friendly beach just a short walk away through the narrow cobbled streets of the town, steeped in history and full of stories and legends of smugglers and fishing. Across the seven-arched Victorian bridge lies West Looe which enjoys a quieter way of life with 16th century inns and delightful rock pools to explore on the beach. It really is the perfect holiday retreat.

Living Information
The entrance to The Old School House is very unique and still has the original door. Steps lead to the hallway with separate living and dining areas to each side of the property. The living area retains much of the original character and benefits from views over the bustling harbour of East Looe. The living area features a large leather corner sofa. Entertainment is provided by a TV with DVD and video.
