Access via country lanes ensures Badham Farm offers complete peace and quiet in a wooded valley away from all main roads. The farm was once part of Prince Charles' Duchy Estate and is situated alongside the Looe Valley railway line in 10 acres of grounds, bordered by a small stream. Badham Farm has excellent onsite facilities with a well stocked fishing lake, full size tennis court, putting green, outdoor badminton court, woodland walks, children's play area, animal and bird paddock where the children can help with daily feeds, a new gym with a full range of equipment and a jacuzzi for relaxing afterwards (small fee for private hire), large games room for the children, separate bar with bar billiards open every evening, plus a barbecue and picnic area for a great al-fresco experience.

A modern and spacious living area. Occasional furniture including coffee tables and lighting. 2x two seater sofas. TV with DVD/video player. Doors lead to the patio area which features outdoor furniture.

Kitchen A fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances incuding an electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Dining The dining area is located within the kitchen and features a modern table with four matching chairs.

Master Bedroom Decorated to a high standard with plenty of built-in storage space. Furniture includes a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom Two 3x single beds. Large built-in wardrobe and cupboard space. There is ample room for 1 or 2 cots as required.

The family bathroom features a bath, separate massage shower, w.c., and wash basin.

Level access into the property. Excellent onsite facilities including a fishing lake, tennis court, children's play area, animal paddock, gym and jacuzzi (small fee payable). There is a communal BBQ/picnic area. Private patio area with outdoor seating. Designated parking space.
