This lovely terraced cottage is two miles from Newlyn and sleeps two.

Chy-Pen is a lovely, terraced cottage two miles from Newlyn in Cornwall. With a king-size double bedroom, it sleeps two comfortably. A ground floor bathroom, kitchen and sitting room with dining area complete the accommodation. Outside there is off road parking and an enclosed courtyard garden, making Chy-Pen an ideal holiday base.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car at rear. Enclosed rear courtyard garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Steep staircase to bedroom. Note: No children or infants.

Activities

Newlyn in Cornwall is a fishing port whose buildings cluster around the harbour, and two quays full of boats. There are amenities in the village including a shop and a pub, and the beauty of Cornwall is evident all around this area. The coastal path runs nearby and walkers will enjoy spotting the flora and fauna on land, and perhaps even glimpsing basking sharks and grey seals in the waters. Head to the beaches for excellent surfing, or participate in the many water sports which are on offer in this lovely holiday destination.

				High Season Price:	£521 per Week

This property does not accept short breaks. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Change Over Day : Fri Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
