Sleeping four people in two bedrooms, this cottage adjoins a Grade II listed property, in the heart of Camelford in Cornwall.

Little Warmington is a wing of a Grade II listed property in Camelford. The two bedrooms – one double and one twin – both have en-suite facilities, and there is a well equipped kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside parking can be found in the surrounding roads, and there is a courtyard garden with furniture. With the towns amenities on the doorstep, and the beaches and attractions of the region an easy drive, Little Warmington makes a wonderful year-round base.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Sky, DVD, PlayStation, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking available locally. Courtyard garden to rear with furniture and BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Babysitting available by arrangement. 				Low Season Price:	£294 per Week
				High Season Price:	£744 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
