An ideal holiday retreat sleeping four people in two bedrooms, a double and an adult bunk bedroom.

Creek Cottage is a lovely holiday home in Little Petherick. It has two bedrooms, a double and an adult bunk bedroom, and can sleep four comfortably. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there is a decked garden with furniture, and off road parking for two cars. With creek views from the property, and Padstow close by, Creek Cottage is a marvellous base for a holiday.

Storage heaters with electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Off road parking for two cars. Small decked garden to rear with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and Post Office 1 mile in St Issey village.

This property does not accept short breaks. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Change Over Day : Sat Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
