This lovely, ground floor holiday property overlooks Newlyn Harbour and sleeps two people in one double bedroom.

The Flat is a lovely, single storey holiday property situated in an elevated position overlooking Newlyn Harbour. With one double bedroom, and a bathroom with corner bath and shower, this property is suitable for two people, and makes an ideal romantic retreat. This property also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside, there is a courtyard garden and roadside parking. With its fantastic location, The Flat is ideal for a seaside holiday.

Activities

Newlyn in Cornwall is a fishing port whose buildings cluster around the harbour, and two quays full of boats. There are amenities in the village including a shop and a pub, and the beauty of Cornwall is evident all around this area. The coastal path runs nearby and walkers will enjoy spotting the flora and fauna on land, and perhaps even glimpsing basking sharks and grey seals in the waters. Head to the beaches for excellent surfing, or participate in the many water sports which are on offer in this lovely holiday destination.

				Low Season Price:	£237 per Week
				High Season Price:	£509 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
