This modern cottage is located on the edge of the village of Charlestown near to St Austell and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Conart Cottage is a modern cottage on the edge of the village of Charlestown next to St. Austell in Cornwall. The cottage has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom, making it suitable for four people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a gas fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and an enclosed lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Close to the Eden Project, Carlyon Bay beach and St Austell, Conart Cottage is ideal for a family holiday in Cornwall.

Charlestown is a coastal village on the south coast near St. Austell, famous for its collection of tall ships riding. It has the shipwreck museum, pubs, restaurants and easy access to the coastal path.

				Low Season Price:	£297 per Week
				High Season Price:	£753 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
