This two bedroom cottage is in Kilkhampton near Bude and can sleep four people.

Church View Cottage sits in the village of Kilkhampton, a few miles from the beaches at Bude and Sandymouth. The cottage has two bedrooms, a double and twin, and a bathroom with roll-top bath. Downstairs is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Parking is on offer in a free public car park 300 yards from the cottage, with a drop-off point outside the front door, while the garden is an ideal spot for dining alfresco. With the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan within reach, as well as the coastal path and quaint villages just waiting to be discovered, Church View Cottage makes an ideal Cornish base.

Activities

On the North coast of Cornwall, close to the border with Devon, Bude is a popular resort, with famous beaches attracting surfers throughout the year. Miles of golden sand await, with rockpools and a seawater swimming pool, as well as a golf course, river, canal and access to the South West Coastal Path. Within easy reach of Bude are the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Tintagel and Crackington Haven.

				High Season Price:	£708 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
