This semi detached character cottage is situated in the village of Stourscombe, one mile from Launceston on the Cornwall border, and sleeps four people in three bedrooms.

Amblelight is a semi detached period cottage in the village of Stourscombe, one mile from Launceston on the Cornwall and Devon border. This cottage boasts three bedrooms consisting of one double bedroom, and two single bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a sitting room with separate dining area and a library room. To the outside of this cottage, there is off road parking for two cars and a small garden to the front and rear with garden furniture. Amblelight is a wonderful family cottage in an ideal area for exploring both Devon and Cornwall.

Activities

The town of Launceston is situated on the Devon and Cornwall border and is in a perfect location to many areas including West Devon, the Tamar Valley, North and South Cornwall, Dartmoor and the Bodmin Moor. Launceston is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle, and the Georgian buildings in the central square are well worth seeing. The Tamar Otter Park is three miles away and a steam train ride from Launceston to the Kensey Valley on a five mile round trip is essential. Launceston is an ideal location to experience the many delights within Cornwall and Devon at any time of year.

				High Season Price:	£765 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
