This terraced period cottage is situated within the town of Launceston in Cornwall and sleeps eight people in four bedrooms.

St Stephens Hill is a five minute walk from the centre of Launceston on the Devon and Cornwall border.
The cottage has four bedrooms (two doubles, one twin and one with bunk beds) and a family bathroom which makes it suitable for eight people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen with a dining table and a sitting room with a woodburner and a dining area. Outside the cottage is a small enclosed garden with outdoor furniture & a BBQ. Close to Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor as well as lovely seaside towns, St Stephens Hill is a perfect cottage for families and friends.

Activities

Launceston is situated on the Devon and Cornwall border and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle which sits high above the town. Launceston also offers wonderful architecture including exquisite Georgian buildings. Just three miles away is the Tamar Otter Park and taking a trip on the steam train from Launceston through the beautiful Kensey Valley on a 5 mile round trip is essential. Other places to visit are the stunning Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor and with delightful seaside towns nearby, Launceston is a perfect base all year round.

				Low Season Price:	£386 per Week
				High Season Price:	£1,004 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
