The Loft lies just outside the village of St Keverne and is a first floor barn conversion. The cottage sleeps two, making it a perfect romantic retreat.

Situated close to the village of St Keverne is The Loft, an all first floor barn conversion. The cottage is set within the owners' two acre garden, along with their farmhouse and two other cottages. This welcoming cottage has light and airy rooms which are ideal to relax in. The cottage sleeps two and has one double bedroom, plus a shower room and an open plan living area with a well equipped fitted kitchen, sitting area with sofabed and a dining area.
There is the added bonus of off road parking for two cars, plus the shared use of a beautiful large lawned garden which is adjacent to the cottage, but not attached, and has tables and chairs. The village of St Keverne has shops and pubs that surround the village square and there are many walking opportunities nearby, which makes The Loft an perfect base.

Activities

The lovely village of St Keverne lies just inland from the sea and is situated on the eastern side of The Lizard Peninsula. The village has pubs and shops which surround the village square, plus a church spire. The South West Coastal path has beautiful coves, sandy bays and spectacular cliffs that are wonderful to walk along and nearby are the Helford River and Helford village, which are worth visiting. Nearby is Falmouth, which has one the largest natural harbours, Pendennis Castle and the popular National Maritime Museum. There is plenty to see and do within this part of Cornwall.

				High Season Price:	£510 per Week

This property does not accept short breaks. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Change Over Day : Fri Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
