Trevone Farm Barn is a beautifully restored stone-built cottage situated in the midst of attractive farmland in the peaceful hamlet of Mabe.

This delightful detached property is situated close to the picturesque Helford river in a wonderful location that is home to an abundance of wildlife. The property has been furnished, fitted and finished to an exceptional standard and features many character features including slate flooring, inglenook fireplaces, beamed ceilings and pretty grounds. The accommodation includes four bedrooms, fitted kitchen and breakfast room, and a lovely sun room for dining. Scenic walking opportunities, sandy beaches, quaint fishing villages, and relaxing boat trips can all be found a few minutes walk from this charming cottage.

Note: Although this property does not accept pets the owners’ dogs occasionally stay in the property.

Activities

Mabe is a pretty little hamlet in an area of spectacular countryside four miles from the maritime town of Falmouth. The area is a wonderful destination for lovers of the outdoors, with lush fields, winding country lanes and wooded valleys waiting to be explored. Falmouth is home to the third largest natural harbour in the world, and the town’s beaches, winding streets, harbour-side pubs and superb shops will keep visitors occupied all holiday long. Pendennis Castle and the spectacular new National Maritime Museum are also well worth a visit. The gorgeous town of St Mawes and the sandy beaches, rocky coves, and beautiful green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula are just over the harbor and can be reached by car or by passenger ferry.

				High Season Price:	£1,176 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
