Beautifully renovated and full of original features and state of the art appliances, this comfortable property offers spacious accommodation for up to five people.

Situated in a narrow street close to the harbour is this superb former fisherman's cottage – an idyllic addition to the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole. This property has been recently renovated and offers beamed ceilings, exposed stonework, original wood panelling and inglenook fireplaces, as well as numerous state of the art appliances and contemporary furnishings. The open-plan living area is cosy yet practical and leads to a small covered and cobbled courtyard - perfect for outdoor meals and sunbathing. The cottage is just a two minute walk from the village centre, allowing it easy access to all of the local amenities, whilst Mousehole itself is well positioned in the wider region to act as an excellent touring base.

Public car parking 200 yards from property (room to briefly load and unload in front of property). Enclosed cobbled courtyard with garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, post office, pubs and harbour 2 mins walk. Note: No children under 5 years old.

Activities

Positioned on a hillside, the scattered fishing village of Mousehole runs right down to the seashore. With a picturesque harbour surrounded by a maze of winding narrow streets, it isn't hard to see why this charming little settlement draws visitors from across the globe. Close by is the famous St Michael's Mount which stands proudly in the centre of Mounts Bay. The fantastic coastline offers great walking opportunities amongst seabirds, seals and wild headlands, making this a wonderful place for wildlife enthusiasts, whilst those interested in the Arthurian myths and legends will enjoy a trip to the countryside at nearby Lands End which is steeped in local folk lore. The Minnack cliff-top theatre is a just few miles along the coast, whilst reminders of the region's ancient past in the form of Dolmens and standing stones appear everywhere, making this a truly magical destination.

				High Season Price:	£843 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
