This charming property has been tastefully furnished, boasting an open fire in the stylish living room, a spacious, airy fitted kitchen and separate dining room.

Adjoining the owner's house in the tiny hamlet of Wheal Busy, near Chacewater, is this modern, well-presented semi detached cottage – well positioned five miles from the picturesque coastal village of St Agnes. Able to sleep six people over two double bedrooms and one twin, this property is a great base for all the family, or for a group of friends. Outside, there is an enclosed patio and garden area, where guests can relax and unwind, along with a handy storage shed. With Truro and Newquay nearby, and so much to do in the local area, this holiday home is ideally located so that no matter who you take with you, you’re sure to have a good time.

Activities

The hamlet of Wheal Busy, near Chacewater is situated in a prime location between the sea at St Agnes and the historic city of Truro. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, this village was once the site of a thriving tin-mine and evidence of this industrious past can still be seen. The miners’ cottages have been transformed into pretty, quaint homes but amid the fields and trees, several mine buildings can still be seen. Five miles away is the beachside village of St Agnes, but for those who love surfing, Perranporth is just two miles further up the coastal path. The lively town of St Ives is also close by and serves the village with a wide range of amenities, as does the cathedral city of Truro which boasts shops, theatre, museums and restaurants.

				High Season Price:	£921 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
