Situated within walking distance of the town with off road parking, Claremont House comprises of 2 fabulous apartments located within a double fronted Victorian 3 storey house that has just undergone complete re-furbishment and renovation.

Apartment 2 
Apartment Two sleeps 4 and is accessed through the outer hallway and up a set of stairs which leads onto a small landing area. The same tasteful décor and furnishings are mirrored in this top floor apartment with an open plan living room featuring a large comfy sofa in denim and vintage chairs. There are bi fold doors which open out onto a glass fronted Juliette balcony from where you can admire the views and take in the sea air. The kitchen is located off the living room and overlooks the garden and Fowey Hall. With its sloping ceilings and original built in cupboards providing great storage and character. Solid wood, hand painted units with black granite worktops. The master bedroom with its glorious views through the bi-fold doors which also opens onto the Juliette balcony, the master bathroom is situated just next door. The twin bedroom is close by to a small cloakroom with wash hand basin and toilet which also gives guests added privacy from the main bathroom. 
Notes on accommodation 
Living Area - flat screen TV with Freeview and Playstation 3 with DVD, with an excellent and varied stock of DVD and PS3 games to suit all ages and tastes plus Wi FI. 
 
Kitchen - top quality appliances including a combination of gas hob and electric oven and cooker hood, a classy, Retro style freestanding fridge with small freezer compartment, Bosh Dishwasher , coffee machine and microwave. 
 
Bedroom’s - Hairdryers, kimono robes, luxury toiletries, quality bedding and towels and 19” flat screen TVs with built in DVDs. 
 
Bathroom’s - Heated shower rails, under floor heating and a selection of handmade, natural toiletries are provided for guests to use or to take home as a ‘keep sake’ 
Outside 
Access to the apartments is from Hanson Drive and down a graduated pathway through the garden which has been terraced to provide a patio area and BBQ to enjoy the last of the afternoon sun. There is a small area of lawn and a deep Belfast sink for washing off your sandy feet after a day down on the beach. 
 
Laundry & Other Handy Items - We wanted to keep the noise out of the kitchens so have installed a Miele Washing machine and tumble dryer in the outside utility room at the top of the garden. A small supply of washing powder is left for guests to use. 
 
Next door is a storage area for all the things you need for a fun day on the beach……… body boards, buckets, spades, nets and beach games. We also keep a buggy here for families who prefer to leave theirs at home.
