Facilities located in the courtyard for rinsing off sandy wetsuits after a great day at the beach! Upstairs there are three large bedrooms and one family bathroom with additional separate toilet. Relax at home in the evenings with a selection of TV, DVDs, videos, books or games or enjoy all that Falmouth has to offer with live music, pubs, restaurants, multiplex cinema and events like Falmouth Week in mid August. Take the car and explore the Helford River, Truro or visit the Eden Project.

This is a family home and we have stair gates available on ground floor and first floor if needed.

Falmouth is a beautiful, bustling, vibrant coastal town steeped in the history of sailing, fishing and the arts. It has many annual events to celebrate the sea and sailing, including Falmouth Week in August and the Oyster Festival in October, and events and activities to please people of all ages.
