Vacation Rental Description
Falmouth is Cornwall’s leading south coast resort. It is based around the worlds third largest natural harbour and as a result has a wealth of maritime history. Falmouth currently enjoys a bustling waterfront with both port and marina areas and four superb bathing beaches.
‘Dracaena Avenue’ is just a few minutes stroll from the Town centre and just over a mile from the nearest of the beaches. It has its own good sized garden and patio and parking for up to 3 cars. The Bungalow Itself is fully equipped with three bedrooms, one luxury family bathroom, one additional toilet, lounge, separate dining room and Modern quality kitchen.
The three bedrooms sleep a maximum of 6 persons with accommodation as follows. Bedroom one has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair and its own wash hand basin. Bedroom two has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Bedroom 3 is a single room with a 3ft captain’s bed, of which the bottom pulls out for a second single bed. This room would suit one adult or two children. It also has a combination wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully fitted with inbuilt gas hob and electric fan oven. There is a large fridge freezer and a washer dryer, microwave, toaster and all the cutlery, crockery and cookware you would require.
The lounge has two and three seater sofas, television, DVD player and there is hardwired and wireless broadband available in the lounge and all 3 bedrooms (Tiscali unlimited 8mb).
The dining room has a dining table and seating for 6.
The Bungalow is detached and smoking is not permitted within the house. It is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly as there are steps leading to all entrance doors. Sorry no pets.
Changeover day is Friday and Bookings are only available for the school summer holidays. Each week has a tariff of £695 and a deposit of £100 (refunded subject to breakages).
The property is far enough away from the main shopping areas so as to not experience thier associated noise. However, please note that Dracaena avenue is one of Falmouth's main roads and this may mean that you will experience some road noise particularly during peak periods.

Falmouth Town centre has a bustling shopping area with interesting shops, restaurants and watering holes to suit all tastes and requirements. The atmosphere is cosmopolitan and vibrant.
Falmouth is the gateway to a network of rivers and creeks and therefore offers a wealth of water based activities as well as walking and riding. The cliff top views are spectacular, with views of wooded river country inland, and of Carrick Roads and Falmouth bay. Trelissick, Glendurgan and Trebah are within easy reach. There are a wealth of historic sites to visit such as Falmouth’s historic Arwenack house and Pendennis Castle. In addition Falmouth hosts The Cornwall Maritime museum, has its own Arts Centre and the only full size all weather bowling green in Cornwall.
