A deposit of 25% is taken initially with the remainder being paid 4 weeks prior to your stay.

A breakages deposit of £150 is also to be paid prior to your stay. This deposit will be given back within the week following your stay. The odd breakage of glasses or crockery etc will not be deducted from this deposit. It is only used in more serious cases where costly damages and cleaning occur.

We also offer a nightly rate if you would like to stay for less than a week. This only applies to certain periods. Please enquire for prices and details.
