Vacation Rental Description
Our Modern Villa's offer superb accommodation for you to put your feet up, relax and forget about the world you’ve left behind. The lounge is fully furnished with two large comfortable sofas and single easy chair and offers digital TV with DVD for your leisure and enjoyment. The Kitchen and Dining area has everything you will need to create a great meal or serve the inevitable take-home, ensuring a comfortable and easy time away. The ground floor also houses a twin-bedroom and shower room with hand basin and WC.
On the upper level you will find the Master Bedroom with a balcony and seating overlooking the park and the second twin room across the hall, plus bathroom with hand basin and WC.
At the front of the property is a small patio area with table & chairs where you can relax and watch the world go by or if you prefer, hold a BBQ.
Everything you need is here, except perhaps a washing machine and dryer! However, should you need it; these can be found in the launderette at the rear of the Old Manor.
Proud holders of the David Bellamy Award for Conservation; the Old Manor estate is set in 35 acres of woodland, lakes and gardens and is situated at the North Western tip of Bodmin Moor, offering the perfect holiday spot for families and couples alike. This location is perfectly placed for visiting all parts of Cornwall.
The 17th century Manor House is now home to Morellos Pizzeria and Caffè Torelli where you can enjoy great Italian cuisine and perhaps the best Italian coffee this side of Tuscany...
Above the swimming pool and reception area is the Reflections bar and restaurant, where you can enjoy the bar menu and watch a variety of family evening entertainment. From here, you can also keep your eye on the children whilst they splash around and enjoy the pool…
Facilities in the grounds ensure there's something to suit everyone; from the heated swimming pool and children's clubs to sport and entertainment. And for your ultimate relaxation; you can spoil yourself with beauty treatment, the sauna or steam rooms or massage treatment, plus aroma therapy and much more…
Finally, during your stay, you can take full advantage of our 9 hole Pitch & Putt course or perhaps the Anglers amongst you might appreciate our 3 fully stocked fishing lakes with Carp up to 14lb (and growing), plus plenty of good size Bream, Tench and Roach for the taking...

Self catering can be a lot of fun; especially when you get the BBQ out. Time to try some of those fantastic ideas that the celebrity chefs cooked on TV; Sea Bream in foil with all the veggies or a Hot Plancha of Steak & Prawns Espagnol. Delight your palette with a bottle or two of chilled wine from the famous Camel Valley Vineyard. To work up an appetite for such fanciful food, you should first go over to reception and organise a bike each and cycle off down the Camel Trail or the SW Coastal Path; and after the fun, you will be sure to enjoy what ever it is that Dad comes up with later... At the Old Manor, you can play a round of golf, or perhaps spend an afternoon fishing. Or just take a beer in the lounge and read the sports pages - and why not? You're on holiday after all...! Alternatively you might prefer an hour in the sauna or steam room whilst the children have fun in the pool under supervision...! It's all here - have fun...

There is also some good sea fishing to be had at Rock or Bude as well as some very well known restaurants at Padstow and along the North Coast...

Please ask at the time of booking. Book two or more consecutive weeks, and receive a discount of 5% off your booking. If you enjoyed your holiday and would like to book for next season, we offer an immediate 7.5% off the following years booking. This discount arrangement also applies to Christmas and New Year weeks. Book and pay by 28th March 2012 and receive 15% discount off your 2012 holiday vacation. Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Only one special offer or discount may apply per booking.
