Garden Lodge is modern and stylish with a private garden, and is only ten minutes walk from the lovely beach at Crooklets, renowned for its excellent surf. Never surfed before? You can even take lessons! The cliff paths meander from here to Northcott Mouth and Sandymouth beaches to the north, and to the south you'll reach the golden sand and dunes at Summerleaze, then on to Upton and Widemouth Bay. At Summerleaze, the River Neet meets with the canal, and you can watch glorious sunsets over the canal and the beach beyond. After a day out you come back to a lovely, fully equipped family home. The kitchen opens on to the garden (perfect for barbecues) and also onto a dining room area with a long, majestic table, which seats ten. There is a large lounge, which opens onto a spacious conservatory. A downstairs bedroom is ideal for easy access; upstairs there are four further bedrooms, all of a good size, and the master with en-suite. There's a family bathroom and a large landing area with a sofa, where the children can watch TV whilst the adults relax downstairs. PLEASE NOTE the changeover is on a friday!
