A traditional, white-washed Cornish farm cottage enjoying un-interrupted views across wooded valleys and fields to the sea. Sleeps 2-4 in one double and one twin room.

Imagine staying in your own secluded Cornish cottage on a National Trust farm on the dramatic North Cornish coast with breathtaking walks starting from your front door and a very special farmhouse restaurant in easy walking distance.

Take a walk down the lane and over the fields to the spectacular cliffs. In ten minutes you will find yourself amidst some of the most beautiful and unspoilt scenery on this coast. The coast path to Crackington Haven, about an hour's walk, is well worth the effort. Having enjoyed refreshments at the pub or café walk back via the church and through the woods.

The local walks are a delight whatever the time of year but remember to pack stout boots or wellingtons to enable you to walk when it is wet under foot.

Feel free to wander over the farm and watch the day to day goings on changing with the seasons. Our sheep have their lambs in March and the cows are supposed to have their calves in the spring though in practice this does not always go to plan! Harvesting grass for silage is carried out in late May and early June depending on the weather and the sheep are sheared in the summer.

BOOKING TERMS Once you have checked availability a deposit of one third is required at the time of booking with the balnce due 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Please make cheques payable to C.W. and R. C. Crocker. Cancellations If you cancel your booking prior to arrival and we are able to re-let the vacancy, your deposit will be refunded minus a small administration fee. If we are unable to re-book the vacancy you will be liable to pay the full cost of the vacancy. You may wish to cover any possible loss by taking out very reasonable cancellation insurance. Please ask for details.
