Waters Edge is a comfortable, modern 3 BEDROOMED cottage, furnished to a high standard and well equipped for 5 PEOPLE. It is set in a PEACEFUL VALLEY on the banks of the River Inny on a small, select development of similar properties. PARKING spaces are allocated to each property and the communal gardens are beautifully kept. The kitchen, lounge and dining area is open plan with oak flooring throughout. The back door gives access to the private patio which overlooks the RIVER INNY. This is more of a stream than a river but is a peaceful place to sit and watch a great variety of birds and the cows and sheep in the meadow opposite.
The bedrooms are all carpeted and are separated from the lounge area by an inner lobby. The beds will be made up for your arrival. A hand towel and a bath towel are provided for each guest but we would ask you to bring your own beach towels. There is electric heating in all rooms making it an ideal retreat in the cooler months. ELECTRICITY is INCLUDED in the price. A TENNIS COURT is on site and tennis racquets and tennis balls are provided. We aim to greet our guests on arrival so we can make sure that the accommodation meets with approval. A welcome tray is provided for all our guests and we are also willing to provide a breakfast pack if required.
