Situated on the edge of Brighton & Hove’s city centre this beautiful one bedroom apartment is an excellent location from which to explore this vibrant/cosmopolitan city and its stunning surrounding countryside/coastline. 
Relax in this comfortable apartment and take in the sea air as the sun sets on your sea view. 
Comfortably sleeping up to four adults (with the use of a sofa bed) the apartment is furnished, equipped, decorated and maintained to a very high standard.  
Stunning sea views are supplemented by the beautiful French gardens just below your window. 
The property is ideally situated for a variety of guests. Located on a quiet side street next to Brighton Marina (Europe’s largest marina) with its many shops, bars, restaurants etc, you are also only a short walk away from, the beach and “Kemptown Village” (yet more funky bars, restaurants and boutique shops).  
The city centre and the peer are within fifteen to twenty minutes walk plus regular bus routes give direct access to most of Brighton/Hove and the surrounding area. In addition Arundel Street is located on Brighton's only 24 hour bus route should you not fancy that late night stroll!

    		  Low Season Price: £300 per Week
      High Season Price: £450 per Week
         

    Balance Payment: A completed Booking Form and a deposit of £250 secures your booking. Payment of the balance of the holiday rental is due 30 days prior to arrival date or with booking deposit if booking within 30 days of arrival date. Refund of damage deposit: The owner will refund the damages deposit, by check, minus any deductions, once the property has been inspected. If you request us to make a bank transfer to an account all bank charges will be deducted from the amount due to you. Cancellation: Should you be compelled to cancel your holiday, please inform the owner immediately. If you cancel your stay your £250 booking deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date we will only refund rent payments if alternative bookings can be made. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel/holiday insurance.
