This flat sleeps up to 4 people. There is a double sofa bed in the sitting room.

Brighton is a lively city and we love it. However, what is particularly good too is that the location of the flat is very quiet and tranquil so you can be sure of peace away from the bussle. The flat recently had a major renovation and has all modern conveniences.

It is a mere 5 minutes by taxi from Brighton Station and 5 minutes to the main shopping street with a further 5 minutes to the beach. Everything can be done by foot.

The Square is surrounded by a lovely public garden. Perfect for relaxing, having a picnic etc. Please remember the location is quiet so it is good to respect that tranquility.

Brighton and Hove is an historic city. It foudn fame when it became the residence of the Prince Regent, later George IV.

There is plenty to see and do both day time and evening/night.

Brighton is famous for its micro-climate and can be nice and sunny. Of course, it can be rainy and windy too!

Brighton is an all year city. It is very popular with day visitors during the summer. But also in winter, people come for breaks and it is packed for the Christmas and New Year period. There are many conferences and exhibitions that take place too.

Places to visit: The Marina, Acquarium, 20th Century Art and Design Gallery.

Festivals: May Brighton Festival, June Medieval Festival and Ocean Carnival, August Gay and Lesbian Pride, October comedy Festival.

Rates

Low Season Price : £300
High Season Price : £425 per Week

The rates are based on weekly rates first and for short stays on a nightly rate according to weekdays or weekends. Weekday nights are Monday to Thursday. Weekend nights are Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Bank Holidays and festivals are set at £100 per night with a minimum 4 night stay (arriving Fridaypm and leaving Tuesday am. If you are staying for a whole week over a Bank Holiday then there is a supplement of £50 for the Bank Holiday itself.

A holding deposit of 25% is expected together with a cleaning/damages deposit of £100. This is returned within 7 days to you designated bank account provided the flat is left tidy and there is no damage caused by you.

Payment of the deposit can be made in cash, via PayPal (you pay the commission on this) or into our designated bank account.

We can always negotiate the tariff where there are 2 people (couple using 1 bed only) or less staying.

Check-in from 2pm/3pm. Check out 10.30am.
