A deposit of 30% of the rental fee is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance of 70% is to be paid in full eight weeks prior to commencement of stay. Should the booking be made less than 12 weeks in advance, full payment shall be required immediately upon booking. Any cancellation made by the Client for whatever reason must be in writing with proof of receipt. Over 56 days notice - 30% deposit retained. Between 56 - 36 days notice - 50% deposit retained. Less than 36 days notice - Full cost of the rental withheld. If it is possible to re-let 50% of the re-let income will be refunded to the Client. £35 booking fee. Payments received via bank transfer, cash or cheque.
