Vacation Rental Description
The Little Dairy is a converted outbuilding situated in Tonbridge, Kent, and just 3 minutes walk from Tonbridge School. Also within easy walking distance is Tonbridge Castle with its 13 century gatehouse; the swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools and leisure area; the extensive park with children's play areas and Tonbridge High Street with shops and other facilities. Less than 300 yards away is a One Stop shop with most basic foodstuffs, newspapers and cash machine.
The railway station with fast and frequent services to London is 15 minutes walk. The coast is 30 miles away and there are many attractions in the area including Penshurst Place, Knole, Sissinghurst, and famous castles such as Leeds, Hever and Scotney. Canterbury, Rye, the Channel Tunnel and Ebbsfleet (for Eurostar) are an easy drive away.
Inside
Open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen. Downstairs bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with 2 single beds and both with chests of drawers and hanging rails.
Outside
Cottage is set in owner's garden, any of which can be used. There is also a fenced patio area private to The Little Dairy. Parking on gravelled drive.
