One of an elegant terrace of Regency houses, Regency House, Royal Road is well-appointed with above-average accommodation. Royal Road is in the heart of the Westcliffe Conservation area of Ramsgate, situated two minutes from the Royal Harbour Yacht Marina, quiet sandy beaches and the town centre. The historic Cinque Port of Sandwich, and its golf courses, is a short drive away. The house is about 200 yards from the cliff top promenade, which overlooks the harbour and the English Channel.

The accommodation is a maisonette situated on the upper three floors of this large house. It is very spacious and well-appointed. There are two large bedrooms with comfortable king-sized beds, built-in wardrobes and beautifully appointed en-suite shower rooms; a twin bedded room and further family bathroom. The large, comfortable sitting room is just right for relaxing in, it has digital television with Freesat, DVD player, Stereo equipment and plenty of books to keep you occupied on rainy days. If you like cooking, you can cook a gourmet meal in the fully fitted and kitchen/dining room with range cooker. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer and dishwashing machine, and there is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

If barbecues are your thing, there is a walled garden, paved with flower beds, wooden garden furnitures and bbq equipment.

    A deposit of 25% is payable on booking, with the balance payable one month in advance of the holiday. Full details of our cancellation policy are contained our "Booking Terms and Condition". All deposits are refundable, if we are able to re-let the apartment. Payment is by Internet transfer, cheque or cash. Unfortunately, we do not take credit cards. All fees are payable in English pounds.
