A delightful Georgian House built in 1792. It is set in a conservation area and there are other lovely cottages and houses close by. The house has five bedrooms and is set out over three floors. Church House is a perfect place for larger groups of friends and family. It has the character and charm you would expect from a period home. The house has been tastefully furnished and decorated, with the emphasis on comfort and relaxation. Church House has the space for you all to get together or for you to enjoy some quiet time on your own. The house is minutes from a comprehensive range of local shops including an independent bakers, butchers and newsagents. Close by is the fabulous Georgian town of Deal, which has lots of lovely shops, superb restaurants and great pubs. It is an ideal base for all year round holidays. You can curl up with a book in front of the fire, enjoy al fresco dining in the walled garden or get out and about and see all the wonderful things that Kent has to offer. For those who have to keep in touch with business, there is wireless broad band internet access.

The house is fully equipped for ten guests. There are five bedrooms. Four with kingsize beds, one with two single beds. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer comfort and relxation. You will sleep in white Egyptian cotton bed linen and have fluffy white towels. There is an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom, with a huge jacuzzi bath and a shower. A main family bathroom with a roll top bath and separate shower and there is a shower room on the top floor. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. Church House has a main drawing room seating 10 and a smaller front room for those who want to get away from it all! There is a formal dining room that seats 10 and a kitchen breakfast room. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with a six burner range cooker with double oven. On your arrival you will receive fresh flowers and a welcome hamper with wine, fresh fruit, organge juice, biscuits, chocolates and other goodies.

Church House has off street parking. For those who don't wish to use a car it is close to a main line railway station at Walmer. There is also good bus service. We have four pedal bikes that guests are welcome to use.

    We require a 30% deposit to secure a booking. We will endeavour to relet in the event of a cancellation, if this is not possible then the balance will be payable. We require a £200 security deposit, payable six weeks prior to arrival. Payment by cheque or bank transfer.
