Period seafront house with lots of original features including inglenook fireplaces, beams, exposed brickwork and old pine. Designed with an open plan theme, all levels of the house have magnificent sea views and overlooks Deal pier.

The accommodation is comfortable and consists of a large sitting room, incorporating a dining area and a servery to the bespoke kitchen. From the kitchen are double doors to the French style courtyard and to the al fresco dining area. From the upper floor windows it is possible to see the coastline of France on a clear day.

On the second floor, the two bedrooms have a centrally sited shower room. The rear bedroom has two single beds and views over the rooftops, and the front bedroom, facing the sea, has a double bed. Please note that for larger groups, Primrose Cottage, which is attached at the rear of this property and is advertised on this site, would accommodate two further guests.
>Short breaks out of main season are 75% of the weekly rate for 3 nights and 80% for 4 nights. >Start days for bookings are Saturdays. Guests are requested to leave by 10am and to arrive after 4pm. >30% of the deposit payable on booking. >Balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. >Bookings made with less than six weeks before the holiday require full payment at time of booking. >We are pleased to accept cheques and bank transfers direct to us.
