Is an Ideal holiday home for families, couples and the elderly sleeping 4-5 comfortably, with access from front of property for wheelchairs. The front room has a large comfortable leather sofa, freeview flatscreen TV, DVD player & ipod docking station. Enjoy your stay in the comfortable Captains Cabin (double) and the Skippers Cabin (twin room -can be made into a double).  
 
There's a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower.The Boat House has gas central heating. Beautiful private flint-walled gated garden, perfect for barbecue after a day on the beach. Off street parking for one car. Our pictures say it all !  
 
Golf is only a putt away at the North Forland golf course. Great coastal bike and walking trails. Sailing clubs. There really is something for everyone here in Broadstairs, come and enjoy this hidden gem.  

Front and rear gardens are child friendly, gated and secure. Lovely old wagon wheel bench to sit on in the garden. BBQ after a day on the beach. We can supply a Z bed for the twin room. There is an ipod docking station with radio/cd player.Please bring a dongle for internet access or there is an internet cafe on York St a minute away from the Boat house.

A stroll around Broadstairs is a journey of discovery with a lovely surprise around every corner. 
Walk around the Thanet coastline to explore our beautiful beaches and bays, each with its own character. Broadstairs' main beach is the unspoilt Viking Bay, no more than a few minutes' walk away from the Boat House, where you can still see much of Broadstairs' Victorian heritage. Viking bay has a small harbour with cafes and giftshops, with plenty of rockpools for crabbing and exploring. An old fashioned beach funfair complete with helter skelter and swingboats, and a traditional punch and judy show twice a day in high season means that there's plenty to keep everyone entertained. You don't have to walk far to find fish and chips to eat on the beach!
